RETURNS/ EXCHANGES OF ITEMS
All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. We will do our best to fix any mistakes made on behalf of the The Pri3sthood company. These item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Customer pays shipping costs.
If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT
Our hope is that every transaction is perfect! However mistakes do happen and we will do our best to fix any issue that happens. Feel free to send us an email at information@thepri3sthood.com to notify us of the issue. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.
We will do our best to correct any order issue on our end!
